1. Refunds & Cancellations
AiPowerHost offers a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible hosting services.
1.1 Refund Period
Customers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of initial service activation.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will generally not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of the initial service activation.
- The service must be an eligible hosting service.
- The account must not have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Refunds are limited to the applicable eligible service charges.
1.3 Non-Refundable Services
The following services and charges are generally non-refundable:
- Domain registration and domain renewal fees
- Domain transfer fees
- SSL certificates purchased separately
- Dedicated IP addresses
- VPS, Dedicated Server, and Cloud Server services, unless specifically stated otherwise
- Setup or installation fees
- Third-party software licenses
- Add-on services
- Services already consumed or completed
- Fees associated with abuse, policy violations, or account termination
1.4 Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a service through the AiPowerHost customer/client area or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation of a service does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined according to this Refund Policy.
1.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within a reasonable period after approval.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider.
1.6 Abuse and Misuse
AiPowerHost reserves the right to refuse a refund where there is evidence of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of services
- Spam or malicious activity
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Repeated refund abuse
- Unauthorized or illegal use of the service
AiPowerHost reserves the right to modify or discontinue the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for specific products or promotional offers, provided the applicable terms are clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
